Out treatment table can be used by patients that would otherwise struggle to get themselves horizontal.

We invested in this for our Dorchester clinic so that patients can be treated effectively and efficiently with the minimum of discomfort and awkwardness during specific routines.

There are conditions where chiropractors are the best solution to pain relief and there are others where a regular visit to a physiotherapist would be of additional benefit.  We work with the chap on the left and recommend him to sportsmen and women who need regular maintenance.

to roll with it

There has been quite a bit of talk recently about the benefit of using a foam roller between appointments to loosen your muscles.

If used correctly these really do work however be warned.  They can hurt and as we know with any pain if it hurts too much you should stop.  Ask us during your next appointment how to use these best so that you minimise the possibility of damage to yourself and maximise your comfort and flexibility.

There are loads of foam rollers on the market and we don't recommend a specific model just ensure that it is not too hard or soft.

If you want to know more feel free to get in touch with Paul at the Clinic.
